Michelle Baron is an independent evaluation consultant and offers evaluation services for clients in education, business & industry, government & military, non-governmental (NGO), and non-profit organizations.

Michelle is completing her Ph.D in Instructional Psychology & Technology, with an emphasis on evaluation and research, from Brigham Young University. Michelle also has a M.S. in Training and Development, with an emphasis in Instructional Technology, from Utah State University.

With over six years of evaluation experience, Michelle has worked with clients at many levels and organizations. Her initiative, evaluation education and experience, attention to detail, and project commitment has supported many organizations in program visibility and improvement, and can help your organization determine impacts, magnitude, and effectiveness of programs, processes, and policies.

Based on a subtle reference to the famous Fokker Tri-plane (Wikipedia) flown by the Red Baron from World War I, the three lines in a plane configuration also refer to upward progression and growth, to moving through barriers, to steps in a process leading to greater focus and goal achievement.
